DLR GfR at Space Tech Expo 2025: Strong Presence, Innovative Projects, and Valuable Connections

The Space Tech Expo 2025 in Bremen has once again proven to be an important platform for exchange within the European and international space community. Over three intensive exhibition days, DLR GfR was proud to present its latest developments and services – with a strong focus on JASP-R and OPTIMUS, two key projects shaping the future of secure satellite operations and optical communications.

Highlights from the Exhibition

Our presence at the Space Tech Expo offered an excellent opportunity to showcase our capabilities and engage in direct dialogue with industry partners, institutions, and potential collaborators.
Throughout the event, we held numerous insightful discussions on:

  • JASP-R – our GNSS resilience service that monitors GNSS interference globally, directly from space, and detects disruptions in near-real time
  • OPTIMUS – our Test Platform for Reliable Optical Communication

Both projects attracted considerable interest among visitors, reinforcing the relevance of secure and future-proof infrastructure within today’s dynamic space sector.

Valuable Exchanges and Strong Team Spirit

We are particularly grateful for the many guests who visited us at the booth and engaged in productive discussions. These exchanges once again showed how collaboration and knowledge-sharing are vital drivers for innovation in space technology.

Our sincere thanks also go to all DLR GfR colleagues who represented us at the exhibition. Their commitment, expertise and presence were essential to making this year’s Space Tech Expo a success.

Looking Ahead

The discussions and feedback received during the exhibition have provided valuable insights and impulses for the continued development of our services and projects. We are looking forward to strengthening existing partnerships – and exploring new ones – as we work towards a secure and innovative future in space operations.

Thank you to everyone who joined us in Bremen – let’s continue shaping the future of space together
